blech!

I have had an upset stomach all weekend. It is really yucky and I’m ready for it to be done with! Maybe that will help with my weight loss, if nothing else good comes out it… Just kidding.

I forgot to mention in my last post that the reason I’m at 1700 calories is because I’m breastfeeding. I am dieting under the supervision of a doctor and nutritionist.

I got my new TaeBo post natal workout in the mail and haven’t even put it in the machine yet. But I’ve been trying to walk more and eat less empty calories.

I need to go back to bed, I had some pretzels and gatorade and I’m feeling a little better now.

30 BEFORE 30!

Ok, so I’ll be 30 on August 22nd. My goal is to lose 30 pounds before then. I am seeing a nutritionist every two weeks. I’m trying to eat less than 1700 calories per day. I’m really trying to get off my duff and exercise. I’ve lost two pounds so far, which is a pound a week… I really am trying to focus on my eating habits and eating better right now. I’ll work on working out! My goal for working out is cardio 3 times a week and strength training 2 times a week. Here goes everything!
